Kajabi services

Start with what
needs to work better.

Your pages, email, checkout, and product experience share the same customer. I work across them, with a scope built around what your business needs.

01

Kajabi
Redesign

A site that reflects the business you have now.

Page structure, visual design, and the course experience, built around your offer and how customers use it.

  • Websites + sales pages
  • Course dashboards + libraries
  • Mobile + custom code

Good fit whenYour Kajabi no longer reflects the quality of your business.

02

Kajabi
Migration

Move the business with a plan for every piece.

Bring your website, courses, contacts, and customer journeys into Kajabi from WordPress, Wix, Teachable, Thinkific, or another platform.

  • Source audit + content mapping
  • Products + offers + contacts
  • Emails + access + launch checks

Good fit whenYou are ready for Kajabi, with an existing business to move.

03

Kajabi
Funnels

A clearer path from interest to purchase.

Build the pages and follow-up around your offer, then connect the email, checkout, upsells, and onboarding behind them.

  • Lead generation + webinars
  • Sales + applications + checkout
  • Email sequences + automations

Good fit whenThe offer is there. The journey to buying it needs work.

04

Kajabi
Operations

Ongoing help from someone who knows your setup.

Account upkeep, launch support, and improvements as your offers change. The design and technical details stay in the same hands.

  • Launches + product updates
  • Email + integrations + analytics
  • Technical fixes + account upkeep

Good fit whenYou want to run the business without becoming its Kajabi technician.

One project can bring several of these together.
We decide what belongs in the scope before the build.

Your project, in experienced hands

The person you talk to
is the person who builds it.

I’m Poncho Black. I’ve worked with Kajabi since 2014. I handle the design, the build, and the technical setup myself. You work with me from the first conversation through the handoff.

My focus is the complete customer journey, from what a visitor sees to what happens after checkout. You work with me directly, not through account managers or an agency team.

How we work together

  1. 01

    Look at the whole setup.

Your offer, customer journey, current account, and what is getting in the way.

  2. 02

Agree on the scope. Build it.

Clear priorities, deliverables, pricing, and timing. Then design and implementation inside Kajabi.

  3. 03

Check the details. Make the handoff.

Test the journey and document the setup. Agree on ongoing support where it makes sense.

Before we start

A few good
questions.

Getting the scope right is part of the work.

Can you improve my existing Kajabi account?

Yes. A project can focus on the website, a funnel, your product experience, or the technical setup. We start by looking at what you have and deciding what needs attention.

What can move into Kajabi?

Depending on the source platform, a migration can include pages, courses, products, offers, contacts, emails, and automations. The audit establishes what can transfer, what needs rebuilding, and how existing customers will get access.

What happens to customer access during a migration?

We plan the move around existing customers, product access, emails, and checkout. The scope identifies what can stay live during the build, what needs to change at launch, and any limitations of the source platform. The cutover is agreed before traffic is switched.

Do you handle the backend as well as the design?

Yes. Offers, checkout, product access, onboarding, email automations, integrations, analytics, and custom code can be part of the scope. The goal is a customer journey that works on both sides of the screen.

How do pricing and timelines work?

They follow the scope. The number of pages, products, journeys, and migration requirements all affect the work. After reviewing the project, I outline the deliverables, quote, and schedule before the build begins.

What happens after the build?

We check the agreed customer journeys and document the setup for handoff. If you need ongoing help, Kajabi Operations can cover updates, launches, product changes, automations, and technical support. That support has its own agreed scope.

What should I have ready?

Your current website, the offers you sell, the main issue you want solved, and any deadline. For a migration, include your current platforms and a rough count of products and pages. You do not need to write a technical brief.
